Adidas Hellas Single Member S.A., having its registered office at 1 Zamanou Street & 112 Vouliagmenis Avenue, Glyfada, Greece (hereinafter referred to as "Adidas" or the "Company"), informs individuals who wish to use the Photo Booth as part of Adidas Activations by taking one or more photographs that, should they choose to have such photograph(s) sent to them electronically, they will be required to provide the Company with a valid email address through the form below.
In this context, the Company, acting as the Data Controller, will process personal data relating to you, namely your photographic image as captured in the photographs taken through the Photo Booth, as well as the email address that you provide in this form, solely for the purposes of capturing and temporarily storing the photographs created through the Photo Booth and sending such photographs to the email address you provide us with.
It is noted that the photographic material is intended exclusively for the personal use of the respective Photo Booth user and will not be used by Adidas or its partners for any further purpose.
The use of the above information is necessary in order for the Company to satisfy your request, submitted through this form, to receive electronically the photographs that you have taken using the Photo Booth.
Access to your personal data is granted only to authorized Adidas personnel and external partners supporting the organization and implementation of Adidas Activations, such as service providers that technically support the operation of the Photo Booth and the delivery of the photographs to you.
Your photographs and email address will be retained only for the period necessary to complete the delivery of the photographs to you and to address any related technical issues. Upon expiry of the above period, the data will be securely deleted.
Subject to the conditions set out by the applicable law, you have the right to access your Personal Data and/or request its rectification or erasure. You also have the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) through its online portal at https://eservices.dpa.gr/.
